Connecting a custom domain to your Deal.ai funnels makes your brand look professional and trustworthy.
The process involves two phases: adding the domain to your Deal.ai account, and then linking that domain to a specific funnel.
Follow these steps to complete the setup.
1. Adding Your Domain to Deal.ai
First, you need to register your domain within the Deal.ai system so it knows to accept incoming traffic.
Go directly to your Deal.ai Domains page at:
https://app.deal.ai/domainsClick the blue + Add Existing Domain button to open the setup popup.
Enter your root domain (e.g.,
example.com) or a specific subdomain (e.g.,hello.example.com) into the text box.Click the blue Add Domain button.
Next to your newly added domain in the list, click the Instructions icon. This will open a window displaying the exact CNAME or IP address (A Record) you need to copy and paste into your external domain provider's DNS settings (like GoDaddy or Namecheap).
Note: You can also manage and add specific subdomains directly to your root domain by clicking the "Subdomains" button next to your entry.
2. Linking Your Domain to a Deal.ai Funnel
Once you have added the required DNS records to your domain provider, you need to tell Deal.ai which funnel should use that web address.
Head to your Deal.ai Funnels page at:
https://app.deal.ai/funnelsLocate and click on the specific funnel you want to associate with your new domain.
Under the "Domain" section, click the dropdown menu that currently says (no domain). Select the custom domain you just added to Deal.ai.
Click the blue Save button.
That is it! You can now go back to the "Steps" view of your Deal.ai funnel. When you click on a funnel step to preview it, you will see your custom domain name successfully appearing in the live URL.
