We are sorry to see you go! If you need to pause or end your subscription, Deal.ai makes it completely transparent and easy to manage your billing directly from your account.
Follow these exact steps to safely cancel your Deal.ai subscription.
1. Accessing Your Deal.ai Profile
To begin the cancellation process, you need to navigate to your account settings inside the Deal.ai platform.
Look at the top right corner of your main Deal.ai dashboard and click on your profile icon (the circle with your initial).
A dropdown menu will appear. Click on Profile.
2. Navigating to Your Deal.ai Subscriptions
Clicking "Profile" will bring you to your main Deal.ai Account Settings page.
By default, you will be on the "Profile" tab showing your name and email.
Look just to the right of that and click on the Subscriptions tab.
Once you are on the Subscriptions tab, you will see a summary of your active Deal.ai plans (for example, the AI Marketing Software LITE Subscription).
Click the purple Manage button located directly under your active plan. This will securely route you to the external billing portal.
3. Canceling in the Deal.ai Billing Portal
Clicking "Manage" will open the secure Deal.ai subscription portal (powered by Stripe). Here, you can view your invoices, update your payment details, and cancel any recurring charges.
Locate the specific Deal.ai service you want to cancel under the "Current Subscriptions" list (such as the AI Apps Bundle or an Email Account add-on).
Click the white Cancel subscription button located to the right of the price.
Follow any final on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Your Deal.ai tools will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle!
