If you originally upgraded your account through a web browser, you must cancel your subscription directly through the SuperCool.com website. (If you subscribed via Apple or Google Play, you must cancel through your phone's native app store settings.)
Here is exactly how to stop your recurring web payments:
Step 1: Access Billing & Settings
Log in to your account at supercool.com.
Click your Profile icon (displaying your initial or name) in the top left or right corner of the dashboard.
Select Billing & Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Open the Subscription Manager
On your settings page, locate your current credit usage bar and reset date.
Click the dark Manage Subscription button located just below it.
Step 3: Cancel or Downgrade Your Supercool Subscription
A pop-up window will appear showing your current plan alongside other tier options like Free, Mini, and Starter.
To fully cancel: Locate the Free ($0/month) tier box on the left and click the Cancel button. This will stop future billing and revert your account to the free tier at the end of your current billing cycle.
To lower your bill instead: If you still want to use Supercool but need a cheaper option, you can click the Downgrade button under a lower tier (like the Mini plan) instead of canceling completely.
After canceling your subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. Once the billing period ends, your subscription will stop renewing, and your access to paid features will be discontinued.
