You cannot cancel your mobile subscription directly inside the Supercool app. Since your payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google, you must manage your billing through your device's native app store settings.
Here is exactly how to stop your recurring payments.
Cancel via Apple (iPhone & iPad)
If you subscribed using an iOS device:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name (Apple ID) at the very top of the screen.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select Supercool from your list of active subscriptions.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Note: If you only see an expiration message in red text and no cancel button, your subscription is already canceled and will not renew.
Cancel via Google Play (Android)
If you subscribed using an Android device:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
Select Supercool from the list.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Select a reason for canceling and confirm your choice.
What if I don't see my Supercool subscription?
If you followed the steps above and Supercool is nowhere to be found in your active subscriptions list, it usually means one of two things:
You are logged into the wrong account: Double-check that you are signed in to the exact Apple ID or Google account you used when you originally downloaded the app and made the purchase.
You subscribed via the web: If you originally upgraded your account on your computer or through your phone's web browser, Apple and Google will not have a record of it. To cancel a web subscription, you need to log in to your account directly at supercool.com and manage your billing from your account settings.
Important: Deleting the Supercool app from your phone will not cancel your subscription. You must formally cancel it using the steps above to ensure you are not charged again.
