If your subscription payment fails, your Deal.ai account will temporarily pause your access to its premium features. This quick guide will show you how to securely update your billing information and get your tools unlocked instantly.
1. Identifying a Locked Deal.ai Account
When you log into the Deal.ai platform after a billing error, you will immediately notice that your AI tools are locked. You will also see a warning screen indicating that your current subscription payment has failed. Do not worry—none of your saved Deal.ai projects or generated content are lost! You simply need to renew your active status.
2. How to Manage Your Deal.ai Subscription
To fix the billing error and renew your access to the Deal.ai platform, you need to navigate to your billing portal.
Click on the button labeled Manage Subscription directly on the warning screen.
This will open your secure Deal.ai billing dashboard, which will display the details of your recently failed payment.
3. Updating Your Deal.ai Payment Method
Once you are inside the Deal.ai subscription manager, you have two options to resolve the failed charge:
Retry the existing payment method: If you simply needed to transfer funds or unfreeze your current card, you can prompt the billing system to try charging the exact same card again.
