1. Finding the Deal.ai Vault App
Accessing your cloud storage takes just a few seconds.
Open your main Deal.ai dashboard.
Type "Vault" into the top search bar, or locate it in your app list.
Click on the Vault App icon to open your secure storage drive.
2. Uploading Files to Your Deal.ai Vault
Once inside the Deal.ai Vault, you can add your external files and creative assets in two easy ways:
Manual Upload: Click the Upload button at the top of the screen to browse your computer and select your files.
Drag and Drop: Simply click, drag, and drop one or more files directly from your desktop into the Deal.ai Vault browser window to instantly upload them.
3. Managing Your Deal.ai Files and Folders
Keeping your content organized inside Deal.ai is simple. Click the three dots (...) menu on the right side next to any file or folder to access the following management options:
Download: Save a local copy of the file directly to your device.
Make a Copy: Instantly duplicate a file inside your Deal.ai Vault.
Rename: Give your file or folder a new, organized name.
Share: Generate a link to share access to the file with clients or team members.
Delete: Securely remove files you no longer need to free up space.
4. Previewing Files in Deal.ai
You do not need to download your files just to see what they are!
Double-click on any supported file to preview it directly inside your Deal.ai browser window.
If a visual preview is not available for a specific, complex file type, the Deal.ai system will prompt you to download it instead so you can view it locally.
