The Deal.ai White Label feature allows you to completely rebrand and resell our powerful AI platform under your own company name. By following these configuration steps, you can create a unique, fully branded experience for your clients and build a predictable recurring revenue stream.
To get started, you need to subscribe to the Deal.ai white-label plan. This involves logging into your account, initiating the signup process via a locked feature icon, or completing the subscription on the white-label checkout page on the Deal.ai website.
Here is the step-by-step guide to setting up your white-labeled agency.
Before proceeding, ensure you have subscribed to the Deal.ai white-label plan as outlined above.
1. Brand Your Deal.ai Platform and Apps
Start by making the Deal.ai dashboard look entirely like your own proprietary software.
Navigate to the General tab in your White Label settings. Here, you can set your custom domain name, upload your company logo, and define your official site name.
Next, move to the Apps tab. This controls which Deal.ai apps are available to your users. Click "Edit" on any app to swap out its logo, rename it, and rewrite its description to match your specific brand voice.
2. Create Membership Tiers with Deal.ai Roles
You do not have to give every user the same experience. The Roles tab allows you to structure your Deal.ai business by creating distinct membership tiers (such as Basic, Advanced, or Premium).
You can choose to give lower tiers access to only a few basic apps, while reserving the full, powerful suite for your highest-paying tiers.
You can even create a completely custom role for a specific VIP user to offer them a personalized software package inside Deal.ai.
Additionally, if you plan to operate multiple white-label SaaS brands, ensure each brand is associated with a unique email account.
3. Monetize Your Deal.ai Platform
The Monetization tab is where you turn your customized Deal.ai platform into a true profit center. You can enable multiple different revenue streams:
Per-App Pricing: Set individual price tags for specific apps in the Apps tab.
White Label App: Allow your own users to further white label the platform. You earn revenue from the seat purchases made by your direct white labelers and all of their sub-users.
Affiliate App: Earn a split of the revenue from purchases made by users referred by your affiliates.
Team App: Generate recurring revenue from team seat purchases and their monthly renewals.
Domain & Email Purchases: Earn a profit from every custom domain bought or premium email account created natively on your site.
Phone & Image Models: Earn revenue from business phone number setups and specialized AI image model purchases.
4. Advanced Customization with Deal.ai Code Recipes
If you want to go beyond the basic colors, you can use the Customization tab to add custom code to change layout animations and interface elements across your Deal.ai platform. Here are some popular "code recipes" you can use to enhance your site:

You can check the box on the left of any Deal.ai app to make it visible, and use the "Add to Folder" button to neatly organize where the apps are placed on the dashboard.
To help your users succeed, you can embed a custom tutorial video directly into any app interface! Simply upload your training video to YouTube or Vimeo, and paste the link using the video button on the right side of the Deal.ai app listing.
