The Deal.ai Email App lets you create a fully functional email account directly from your dashboard. Whether you want a quick brainmail.com address to get started instantly or a custom branded domain for your business, setting it up takes just a few steps.
Here is the complete guide to creating and accessing your inbox.
1. Accessing the Deal.ai Email App
To begin, you need to open the dedicated email tool inside your workspace.
Log into your main Deal.ai home screen.
Locate and click on the Email App icon to launch the dashboard.
2. Adding a New Deal.ai Email Account
Once you are inside the app, you can start the creation process.
Look for the creation button on your Deal.ai email dashboard.
Click + Email Account to open the new email account setup popup.
3. Choosing Your Deal.ai Domain
Deal.ai gives you two distinct options for your new email address domain. Select the one that best fits your needs:
Create a brainmail.com account: This is the fastest way to get up and running instantly without needing to configure any external DNS settings.
Use a custom domain: If you want a branded email (e.g.,
[email protected]), click the link provided in the popup to go to your Deal.ai Domains page. From there, you can easily add an existing domain or purchase a brand new one.
4. Creating Your Deal.ai Credentials
Now you just need to assign a name to the inbox.
Once you have selected your domain, type in a First Name and Last Name for the account.
Click the Create Account button.
The Deal.ai system will automatically generate your new email address and a secure password for you!
5. Logging Into Your Deal.ai Inbox
With your credentials generated, you are ready to use your new account.
Navigate to
brainmail.comin your web browser.Use the email address and password that Deal.ai just generated for you to log in.
That is it—you are ready to start sending and receiving emails!
6. Bonus: Connecting Deal.ai Email to Your Devices
If you want to access your Deal.ai email directly from your phone (like Apple Mail) or a desktop mail client (like Outlook), you can easily find the IMAP/SMTP settings.
Inside your email account dashboard, click the Admin button on the left sidebar.
Click Client Setup. Deal.ai will provide step-by-step instructions and the exact server ports you need to connect your inbox to your personal device.
7. Bonus: Configuring a Custom Deal.ai Domain
If you chose to set up your account using a custom domain rather than brainmail.com, you must complete your domain configuration to ensure your emails do not go to spam.
Inside your Deal.ai email account dashboard, click the three dots (
...) menu on the right side of your domain listing.
Follow the on-screen domain setup instructions to add the required DNS records to your domain provider so you can properly send and receive emails.
