What is the Team Feature?
The Teams feature in Famous.ai allows you to work with others inside a single, centralized environment. Instead of managing everything individually, you can collaborate on projects, share access, and control billing across your entire team.
Create a Team
Start by setting up your shared workspace. From your dashboard, click your profile name in the top left to open the account menu.
Click Create Team.
A setup window will appear. Enter your Team Name, then click Create Team to launch your workspace.
Once created, you’ll automatically switch into your new team environment, where all collaboration will take place.
Invite Team Members
After creating your team, the next step is bringing people in. Open your team dashboard and click the Members tab.
In the invite section, enter the user’s email address, select their role, then click Invite.
You can assign:
Member for standard access
Admin for full control, including managing billing and settings
If you prefer, click Copy Invite Link to generate a shareable link. Anyone with this link can join your team directly.
You can also manage invites by tracking who hasn’t joined yet and resending or removing invitations as needed.
Manage Team Billing & Credits
Teams allow you to centralize usage and costs.
Go to the Billing tab to view your current plan, credit usage, and limits. You’ll be able to see how many credits are available and how they are being used across your team.
If needed, click Manage Subscription to upgrade your plan and increase your available credits.
This ensures your team can continue working without interruptions as usage grows.
Customize Team Settings
To update your team details, open the Settings tab. Here, you can edit your Team Name and update your Team Avatar.
Click Save Changes after making updates.
At the bottom of this page, you also have the option to Leave Team or Delete Team if the workspace is no longer needed.
