Collaboration just got a whole lot easier! With the new Teams feature in SuperCool, you can pool your credits, share billing, and collaborate on AI agents with your coworkers or clients all in one centralized workspace.
Here is the complete guide to setting up and managing your new team environment.
1. Creating a Team in SuperCool
Getting your collaborative workspace off the ground takes just a few clicks.
Navigate to your main SuperCool dashboard.
Click on your profile name in the top left corner to open the account dropdown menu.
Click + Create Team.
A modal will appear. Type in your desired Team Name and click the + Create Team button to officially launch your shared workspace.
2. Inviting Members to Your SuperCool Team
Now that your team exists, it is time to bring people in so they can start generating content alongside you.
Click the team switcher dropdown in the top left of your SuperCool menu. You can quickly click Invite team members from here, or navigate to the Members tab in your Team Settings.
Inside the Members tab, type in the email address of the person you want to invite.
Choose their Role from the dropdown menu. You can make them a standard Member or grant them full Admin privileges.
If you have a large roster, click + Add more to invite multiple people at once, or use the Invite Link button to copy a shareable URL directly to your clipboard.
Once invitations are sent, you can click on the Pending Invitations tab to track who hasn't joined yet, resend invites, or revoke access.
3. Managing SuperCool Team Billing & Credits
One of the biggest benefits of teams is centralizing your costs. By navigating to the Billing tab in your Team Settings, you can control the financial side of your SuperCool workspace.
Shared Credits: View exactly how many team credits have been used by your members and when they reset.
Upgrade Plan: Click the Upgrade Plan button to scale your team's credit allowance.
Pay As You Go: Toggle this feature ON if you want SuperCool to automatically bill you for overage credits so your team's workflow is never interrupted!
4. Customizing SuperCool Team Settings
If you ever need to rebrand or adjust your internal workspace details, head over to the Settings tab.
Here, you can easily change your Team Name or update your custom URL slug.
If you ever need to dissolve the workspace, the Delete team option is securely located at the bottom of this SuperCool settings page.
5. Collaborating on SuperCool Team Agents
The true power of this new feature lives in the Agents tab!
Any agent created within the team environment is shared. You and your invited members can work together to deploy Social Agents, Advertising Agents, and AI Secretaries.
When your team builds an agent here, it pulls from your centralized SuperCool credit pool, keeping all your marketing efforts completely aligned.
