Managing multiple clients, brands, or marketing campaigns at the same time is effortless with the Deal.ai Projects feature. Instead of clearing your workspace every time you switch tasks, you can save your progress into distinct, organized project folders.
This universal feature works seamlessly across all Deal.ai Marketing Apps. Here is how to use it to keep your work organized.
1. How to Create a New Project in Deal.ai
To keep your campaigns separated inside Deal.ai, you can create as many unique projects as you need.
Open any Deal.ai Marketing App.
At the top of the app interface, click the purple dropdown button that displays your current project (e.g., Project: Default).
In the menu that appears, locate the grey text input box labeled "New project name".
Type the name of your new client or brand, and click the green Add Project button.
Your new project is now active and ready to safely store your Deal.ai generations!
2. Switching Between Deal.ai Projects
Jumping between different campaigns in your Deal.ai apps only takes two clicks.
Click the purple Project dropdown menu at the top of your Deal.ai screen.
You will see a list of all your saved projects.
Simply click the name of the project you want to work on. Deal.ai will instantly load the saved data, descriptions, and settings for that specific project.
3. Editing and Deleting Deal.ai Projects
If you make a typo or need to clean up your Deal.ai workspace after finishing a client contract, you can easily manage your project list.
Open the purple Project dropdown menu inside any Deal.ai app.
To rename a project: Click the gold pencil icon next to the project name.
To delete a project: Click the red trash can icon next to the project name. (Warning: Deleting a project in Deal.ai will permanently remove the saved content and fine-tuning inside it!)
Because your project selection follows you across the entire platform, you can set up a project in Deal.ai, generate a business description, create Magic Hooks, and then switch over to the Scroll-Stopping Ads app—all without ever having to re-enter the client's basic information!
