How To Create your Own Humanoid Agent

Everything you need to know in order to set up, talk to, and get real work out of your Humanoid Agent — SuperCool's AI workers.

Step 1 — Create your AI Employee

  1. Open SuperCool and click New Chat at the top of the left sidebar, or the Name of the Humanoid at the top of the navigation bar.

  2. You can edit its appearance to another Humanoid Agent by clicking the Customize icon found on the portrait of the Humanoid Agent.

  3. Your new Humanoid Agent keeps its own conversation, memory, and identity, so you can build a small team of specialists.

You can create Humanoid Agents to handle marketing & sales, another for research, and then another handles admin — each knows its own job.

Step 2 — Talk to your employee

Your Humanoid Agent works by conversation, and you can use whichever mode is easiest:

  • Type your request in the chat box.

  • Speak it: tap the microphone and talk. By default the mic dictates — it turns your speech into text in the box so you can check it before sending.

  • Send your voice as audio: while recording, tap the Attach as audio file button to attach the raw recording instead of transcribing it. Use this when the sound of your voice matters — a voice sample, a melody, a pronunciation. Then hit send. Your employee gets to work.

Step 3 — Give it real work

Describe the outcome, not the process. The best results come from telling your employee what you want to end up with, plus any constraints:

  • "Design three logo options for my coffee shop, Bean Scene — warm, hand-drawn feel."

  • "Write a 5-page report on the state of our industry and put it in a PDF."

  • "Turn these photos into a 30-second promo video for Instagram."

Your Humanoid Agent picks the tools, does the work, and hands you a finished file. If a result isn't right, just say what to change — it edits what it made instead of starting over.

Step 4 — Let it remember

Your employee holds onto the context of your conversation, so you don't have to repeat yourself. It also has a long-term memory: it keeps durable facts about you and your business — your brand colors, your voice preferences, the way you like things written — and applies them next time.

That means you can say things like "use my usual style" or "the logo we made last week" and it will know what you mean. The more you work together, the less you have to explain.

Step 5 — Send it into your meetings

Your Humanoid Agent can join a Whatsapp or Phone call for you and take notes.

  1. Tell your Humanoid Agent about the meeting and give it the link — or connect your calendar so it can see the event.

  2. It joins to help, listens, answers questions and can takes notes.

  3. After the call, the notes land in your chat, ready to share or turn into next steps.

It can join Google Calendar, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, Shopify, Slack, Notion, GitHub, HubSpot, Stripe, WhatsApp, and a phone connection for calls and texts.

You can also ask your Humanoid Agent to schedule a meeting and invite people for you.

Step 6 — Give it its own phone number

Each Humanoid Agent can have its own phone number, so people can reach it directly and it can handle inbound work on your behalf. Ask your Humanoid Agent about setting up a number, and tell it what you'd like it to do when someone calls.

Step 7 — Put work on a schedule

If there's something you need regularly, don't ask every time — put it on a schedule:

  • "Every morning at 8, send me a summary of my inbox."

  • "Every Monday, write a social post for the week."

  • "Remind me in 30 minutes to follow up with the client."

Just tell your Humanoid Agent the schedule. The result shows up in your chat automatically, and you can change, pause, or delete it any time.

Managing your team of employees

Each Humanoid Agent lives in its own conversation — click one to switch to that worker. Humanoid Agents keep separate memory and context, so a "Marketing" Humanoid Agent and a "Finance" Humanoid Agent don't get tangled. If you want a fresh start on a topic, create a new employee for it. Everything your employees make — images, videos, documents, websites — is saved to your Media Library so you can find it later.

You can also switch Humanoid Agent, and ask it to continue to work on a project you were working on with a previous Humanoid Agent if you would like to make a change.
