Bring Your Community Together with Live Events

A successful online school isn't just about recorded lessons.

Live sessions give students the opportunity to ask questions, participate in discussions, attend workshops, and connect with you in real time.

TeachClub's Community Events feature lets you organize and share all of your upcoming events from one place.

Create an Online Event

Adding an event is simple.

From your Community, navigate to the Upcoming Events section and create a new event.

Then click New Event

You can include details such as:

  • Event title

  • Description

  • Date and time

  • Meeting link

  • Event image (optional)

Once published, your students can view the event directly inside your community.

Host Live Meetings

Community Events are perfect for hosting:

  • Weekly coaching calls

  • Live Q&A sessions

  • Office hours

  • Workshops

  • Group discussions

  • Webinars

  • Guest speaker presentations

Simply add your preferred meeting link, and students can join at the scheduled time.

Embed Your Calendar

TeachClub also allows you to embed your calendar, making it easy for students to see your upcoming schedule without leaving the platform.

Embedding your calendar helps students:

  • View upcoming events.

  • Stay informed about live sessions.

  • Plan ahead for coaching calls and workshops.

  • Access all scheduled meetings from one place.

Keeping your calendar up to date ensures your community always knows what's coming next.

Keep Students Engaged

Regular events encourage students to stay active long after they've completed lessons.

Live sessions give you opportunities to:

  • Answer student questions.

  • Reinforce key concepts.

  • Share new updates.

  • Build stronger relationships.

  • Foster a more active learning community.

Even a short monthly Q&A can significantly increase engagement.

Build a Stronger Learning Community

Your TeachClub school becomes more than just a collection of lessons when students have opportunities to interact with you and one another.

By combining Community Events, live meetings, and an embedded calendar, you can create an engaging learning environment that keeps students connected, informed, and excited to return to your school.
