TeachClub automatically creates the foundation of your school, but your expertise is what makes it unique.

The Add Knowledge feature allows you to supplement AI-generated lessons with your own content, giving students a richer and more personalized learning experience.

You can add knowledge to a single lesson or apply it across your entire school.

Add Knowledge to a Lesson

To add content to a specific lesson:

  1. Open your school.

  2. Navigate to Content.

  3. Select the lesson you want to enhance.

  4. Click Add Knowledge.

Anything you add here becomes part of that lesson and helps the AI teach the topic more effectively.

Types of Knowledge You Can Add

TeachClub supports a variety of content types.

Text

Paste notes, articles, lesson content, or explanations directly into the lesson.

This is ideal for:

  • Written lessons

  • Teaching frameworks

  • Step-by-step instructions

  • Case studies

  • Personal insights

Images

Upload diagrams, charts, infographics, photos, or illustrations.

You can also provide instructions telling the AI when and how to use the image while teaching the lesson.

Videos

Add instructional videos using supported platforms such as:

  • YouTube

  • Vimeo

  • Wistia

You can also upload your own videos to help explain concepts or demonstrate techniques.

Audio

Upload audio lessons, guided exercises, interviews, meditations, podcasts, or other recordings to give students additional ways to learn.

Documents

Attach supporting resources such as:

  • PDFs

  • Workbooks

  • Checklists

  • Templates

  • eBooks

  • Worksheets

These resources become part of the student's learning experience.

Links

Add links to external resources, websites, booking pages, scheduling tools, or additional reading.

For example, you could include a coaching booking link or direct students to recommended resources.

Help the AI Use Your Content

When adding knowledge, you can include instructions for the AI.

For example:

  • Explain this diagram if the student is struggling.

  • Show this image before introducing the next concept.

  • Recommend this workbook after the quiz.

  • Share this video when students ask for additional examples.

These instructions help the AI integrate your resources naturally into each student's learning journey.

Using the School-Wide Option

By default, knowledge is added to the lesson you're editing.

If you want your content or instructions to influence your entire school, you can enable the School-Wide option before adding knowledge.

This is useful for content that should apply across every lesson, such as:

  • Your teaching philosophy

  • Brand voice

  • Global course instructions

  • References to your book or methodology

  • Consistent coaching style

  • School-wide resources

Instead of applying only to one lesson, the AI can use this information throughout your school.

Use School-Wide Carefully

Because school-wide knowledge affects your entire school, it's best reserved for information that should remain consistent across all lessons.

For lesson-specific explanations, examples, videos, or resources, add them directly to the relevant lesson instead.

This gives the AI more precise context while keeping each lesson focused.

Create a More Personalized School

The AI creates an excellent starting point, but your own knowledge is what makes your school truly unique.

By adding text, videos, images, documents, audio, links, and school-wide guidance, you can create an online school that reflects your expertise while allowing TeachClub's AI to deliver a personalized learning experience for every student.
