If you are running advertising campaigns on social media or search engines, you need to track your visitors and conversions. Famous.ai makes it easy to add your Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or any other tracking scripts directly to your pages.

Here is how to properly install your tracking codes.

1. Copy Your Meta Pixel Code

Before you can add the tracking to Famous.ai, you need to grab the code from your advertising platform.

  • Log in to your Meta Business Manager and navigate to the Events Manager.

  • Select your Pixel and choose the option to Set up manually.

  • Copy the base Pixel code provided by Meta. (This will look like a block of HTML code).

2. Prompt Famous.ai

Instead of searching for a custom code block, you just need to hand the code to your AI builder and tell it where it goes.

  • Open your Famous.ai builder chat for the specific website or funnel you are working on.

  • Paste your copied code into the chat box along with a clear instruction on where it belongs.

  • Example Prompt:

"Please add this Meta Pixel tracking code to the <head> section of my website: [PASTE YOUR CODE HERE]."

  • The Famous.ai agent will process your request and automatically inject the script into the correct section of your site's backend!

3. Verify Your Famous.ai Pixel is Working

Once the agent confirms the code has been added, you should test the live page to ensure it is properly sending data back to Meta.

  • Download the free Meta Pixel Helper extension for the Google Chrome browser.

  • Open your live Famous.ai website URL in a new tab.

  • Click the Pixel Helper extension icon in your browser toolbar.

  • If the extension lights up green and detects your Pixel ID, your tracking is successfully installed on your Famous.ai site and ready to capture data!
